Pre-sale Consultation
During the 1 -2hr pre-sale consultation, we help you identify and highlight both your homes best features, as well as the areas that may need attention. You’ll receive expert suggestions and recommendations from our professional stylist, to improve the visual appeal and saleability of your home before it goes on the market. We offer our clients great practical advice that gives any home the competitive edge in any market. This is a great option for homeowners who want the look of a styled property for minimal investment and are willing to do the work themselves but need expert advice.
Occupied Styling package
Jackie will meet with you for the pre-sale consultation to assess your property and determine how to maximise its presentation best while utilising your current furniture as much as possible. We then incorporate some of our new and modern rental furniture and accessories to bring out the best features of your home! Our occupied styling service is perfect for vendors who are on a budget or who will be living in the property during the sales campaign.
Vacant Property Styling package
We offer a free quote for this package, with no pre-sale consultation required since we’re starting fresh. Jackie will first identify your target buyer and then style the property accordingly to increase the sale price. We specialise in styling vacant properties for sale using a range of furniture, artworks and accessories on a rental arrangement. This whole process is taken care of by our experienced team — from concept to completion. We aim to create an immediate emotional response as soon as a buyer walks through the front door. First impressions are everything!
